The global CEO of a multinational petroleum company based in Switzerland has investments in thousands of service stations throughout central and southern America, Africa and Asia. Practically the CEO will never visit all of these service stations sites and will never be able to personally view and assess for himself/herself whether the organisations standard operating policies and standards have been consistently adhered to.
Using FlowQC the CEO could log on to the dashboard (or get an e-mail) that would provide him with his daily scorecard. This daily scorecard would show the CEO; what percentage of checklists had been completed on time for the previous day and; what percentage of all of these checklists had been completed to the organizations standards. The CEO would then be able to drill down to the different geographic regions, countries, clusters and finally an individual service station outlet. The CEO with then be able to physically view the photographs and determine for themselves whether the organizations standards have been consistently maintained or not?
